Sil-Pad  Tubes and Caps are made of silicone rubber with high thermal conductivity.

Thermally conductive silicone tubes and  caps are available for the standard sized transistors such as TO-220, 

TO-247(3P)& TO-264. Custom sizes are also  available on request.
